PERTH CORNERSTONE ALE HOUSE FOR SALE ANY WAY

The Gastevski Group is offering a unique sales opportunity around its big Cornerstone Ale House in Perth’s growing northern suburbs.

The CornerStone opened in 2011 and occupies a 3,144sqm block within the Brighton Estate, proximate to Estate residents as well as those of emerging local communities Butler, Alkimos, Jindalee and Two Rocks.

The tavern itself is approximately 1,000sqm, comprising a bistro, lounge bar, courtyard and alfresco areas, with further development opportunity on the remaining landholding.

It is owned and operated by the Gastevski Group, which has a number of ongoing projects, and is looking to establish more venues across Perth.

The Group’s position has brought about the offering of several scenarios, allowing optimum flexibility for the incoming purchaser.

“This is a unique offering given the multiple selling options available to a buyer,” says CBRE Hotels’ Ryan McGinnity, who is marketing the pub with colleague Chloe Mason.

“The seller is offering a purchase of both the land and business, a leasehold sale to an incoming operator, or a freehold sale with a long-term leaseback.”

The hotel enjoys limited competition, in an area set to benefit from continued population increase.

“The CornerStone Ale House is the only tavern in the immediate locality, which helps ensure strong continued patronage,” adds Mason. “As the northern beaches population base continues to grow, this venue is well-positioned for future sustained success.”

The Cornerstone Ale House is for sale via Offers to Purchase, closing Wednesday, 6 June.
