Few Sydney venues are as closely tied to their location as Coogee Bay Hotel, where hospitality, entertainment and accommodation come together just metres from one of the city’s best-known beaches.
The eastern suburbs landmark has become a destination in its own right, drawing locals and visitors for everything from casual meals and drinks to live music, celebrations and overnight stays.
Its hospitality offering spans Beach Bar & Dining, Arden Lounge, The Garden and Selina’s, while accommodation is split between the retro character of Coogee Bay Hotel and the contemporary Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel.

That combination of spaces has also made the property a versatile choice for business events, with meetings and conferences able to take place alongside dining, accommodation and socialising without delegates needing to travel between venues.
Now, the hotel is encouraging businesses to make the most of that offering with a new Coastal Conferences package, available for eligible events booked by 30 September 2026 and held before 29 January 2027.
The promotion provides businesses with up to $20 per person in added value, with Half Day Delegate Packages priced at $109 per person and Full Day Delegate Packages at $129 per person.
Both packages include arrival tea and coffee, AV equipment, lunch and a $10 per person post-conference bar tab. The Half Day option also includes either morning or afternoon tea with two bakery items, while the Full Day package includes both.
For companies bringing delegates from outside Sydney, the hotel is also offering corporate room-only rates from $289 per night across its 74 boutique rooms.
The property’s proximity to Sydney CBD and Sydney Airport adds to its appeal for business events, with both located around 20 minutes away. Inside the hotel, organisers have access to flexible event spaces, modern audiovisual facilities and catering, with a dedicated team supporting events from planning through to delivery.
The setting provides an opportunity to take the corporate event beyond the formal agenda too. Once meetings finish, delegates can move from conference rooms to the hotel’s bars, restaurants or entertainment spaces, with Coogee Beach providing the backdrop.
The hotel’s community credentials have become another defining part of its identity.
In 2025, Coogee Bay Hotel received the Outstanding Community Service and Achievement award at the AHA National Awards for Excellence, recognising its philanthropic efforts and fundraising for Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation. It also secured Heart of the Community at the AHA NSW Awards for Excellence for the second consecutive year.
Coogee Bay Hotel is operated by C!NC, the privately owned hospitality group established in 2001 and headed by Managing Director Christopher Cheung OAM. Alongside Coogee Bay Hotel, the group operates Cruise Bar and Restaurant and Melba’s Rooftop at Circular Quay.
