Hollywood celebrity Matthew McConaughey is fronting a new initiative honouring local legends, amongst them Matthew and Linda Rudd, owners of the Batlow Hotel. The Wild Turkey “With Thanks” program is celebrating the protection and preservation of wilderness for future generations.
