In the latest sector-bumping transaction, the Feros’ JDA Collective has sold the large-format The Peakhurst to Simon Meers’ resurgent Sonnel Hospitality. JDA Collective is siblings John and Dean Feros and Alexandra Henderson, nee Feros, who hail from the Hurstville area.
