Tabcorp taps into post-summer sport with new campaign

As anticipation builds around the impending NRL and Group 1 Racing Carnival, Tabcorp has unleashed a new campaign suggesting something is “missing” from summer.

Based on the fact that Australians love sport, the on-site betting provider is playing on the fact that summer is drawing to a close – but that fact heralds the approach of Ruby League, Aussie Rules and V8s.

Footy is back“We know that betting is a very social activity for our customers, and whether you’re betting on your mobile at a BBQ or in one of our TAB venues, the TAB is calling friends to get together and enjoy the return of footy and Group 1 racing,” said Tracy Marshment, TAB’s GM of wagering marketing.

The campaign will run over coming weeks on integrated mediums, including TV and radio, digital, print, social media, outdoor and point-of-sale.
