MERIVALE UNVEILS THE APARTMENT

Following its acquisition late 2017, Merivale has launched an upstairs private event space at Woollahra’s Hotel Centennial.

Justin Hemmes ended 2017 with a run of acquisitions, including the $14m purchase of Hotel Centennial from the Medich family.

Dubbed The Apartment at Hotel Centennial, this former private residence has been converted into a loft-style event space that can fit 32 guests seated, 60 people theatre-style and 100 people for stand-up cocktail functions.

The refurbished apartment has a large boardroom, 75’’ plasma TV, three breakout rooms and in-house AV making it an ideal option for product launches, private meetings, workshops and mini conferences in the Eastern Suburbs.

The space also has a private entrance, an abundance of natural light and views over Centennial Park from the private terrace.

Hotel Centennial’s Executive Chef has designed a Mediterranean-inspired sharing menu that will be exclusively available for functions held upstairs.

The Apartment at Hotel Centennial is located at 88 Oxford St, Woollahra.
