Cronulla welcomes a dynamic new hospitality addition with the arrival of the Feros Group’s Parc Pavilion, bringing four new and unique venues under one roof.
The multi-venue precinct, with capacity for up to 850 people, is set to undergo a staged opening, beginning this month.
“Cronulla has been waiting for a venue like Parc!” exclaims Group executive chair Chris Feros.
On 20 May the ground floor throws open the doors on Parc Bistro and sports bar Mr Monro’s.

Parc Bistro is a relaxed and casual, family-friendly dining experience serving a menu designed for both adults and kids. Meals are available both dine-in or takeaway, to enjoy in the park or by the beach.
Mr Monro’s is the Parc’s go-to front bar for live sports, after-work drinks and entertainment, featuring multiple screens, EBT facilities and a rotating lineup on stage, including live music and drag bingo.

On the upper level is The Terrace, opening 26 May, boasting an impressive bar and intimate seating areas, set amongst greenery and overlooking Monro Park. It will be serving cocktails and chilled wines, Italian-inspired bites and pub classics, to the tune of DJ sets. It aims to be Cronulla’s new home for long lunches, date nights and good times.
Rounding out the Parc’s offerings is Call Me Mamma, described as the “ultimate dining destination” and due to open 5 June. Based in being a stylish and personality-packed Italian eatery, it promises great food, good times “and a vibrant energy” amid full table service of “elevated yet approachable” menu options. It welcomes milestone celebrations and casual meals.

Parc Pavilion is the long-planned work of hospitality firebrands the Feros Group, which has partnered with the experienced and talented Jamie Gannon as new culinary director, who will begin at the Pavilion, working alongside old friend and Feros Group executive chef Paul Pirreca.
Gannon will oversee each of the venue’s kitchens, looking to a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and “memorable menu creations”.
“The entire Feros team has done an incredible job bringing Parc to life, and I can’t wait to help make it a local favourite — and a must-visit destination for greater Sydney,” he says. “We’re bringing a slice of the Mediterranean to the Shire.”
Design of the Parc is by Sydney’s award-winning H&E Architects, with a goal to harmonise with the natural beauty of the adjacent Park through elegant curves, expansive windows and suspended gardens.
The new pub occupies the lower two levels of a new seven-storey commercial building, beneath commercial tenancies and office space on the remaining floors.
“We are confident that this venue will rejuvenate the southern end of Cronulla Mall by providing a distinctive experience that accommodates a diverse range of customers and budgets,” states Group CEO Simon Johnston.
Located in the suburban heart, mere steps from the train station and Cronulla’s famous beach, the Parc hopes to welcome both locals and visitors, for an experience like no other in the Sutherland Shire.
After decades of consideration, Feros describes it as “an absolute career highlight” to bring a second pub into the precinct.
“Parc Pavilion is designed to be a place locals feel proud of and becomes a highlight for visitors,” he says.
“We wanted to create an all-encompassing space that celebrates everything we love about this community – the energy, the lifestyle, the people.”
