COUNTDOWN TO EXPO 2023

The annual Australasian Hospitality and Gaming (AHG) Expo will return in two weeks, promising exciting changes and more innovation for industry.

The 2022 Expo saw hundreds of exhibitors return to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre for the latest innovation, products and services in hospitality and gaming. Around 3,600 came to what is deemed a must-attend industry event.

And this year, taking place 22-23 March, organisers are expecting an “even bigger influx” in light of the ever-evolving nature of hospitality and gaming, and the post-pandemic rebound.

The AHG welcomes a new major sponsor – the combined three leading brands of TAB, MAX & SKY.

“We’ve always fostered a long-lasting and deep relationship with the industry, and we are excited to work side-by-side with the organising parties to bring this major event to life,” says Tabcorp CEO, Paul Carew.

Beyond the dozens of stalwarts on show every year, 2023 will welcome a load of first-time exhibitors, including Allara Global, Audalize, Worksmith, JB’s wear, Chat2 Concierge services, Hikvision Australia security, KeyWatcher key management solutions, Monandia Consulting and global beverage producer Campari.

Allara Global (stand 55) touts a mission to improve skills and drive performance within the hospitality industry. “From entry-level workers to senior level management, our unique offering is designed to deliver the most comprehensive, engaging and effective learning experience in the hospitality space,” says CEO Andrew Lewis.

Audalize (stand 9) has provided high-quality music and visual content to businesses across the hospitality industry since 2019, offering video, promotional signage, jukebox, and professional curation through its unique B2B platform and cutting-edge subscription service, guaranteeing content delivery even during an internet outage.

Chat2 Concierge (stand 201) is an Australian owned company that works with clubs and hotels to maximise direct bookings, online engagement and guest satisfaction, both through its AI-powered concierge system and a team of hospitality specialists.

JB’s wear (stand 142-143) is a proudly Australian-owned and family run company that has been providing industry-leading workwear and custom garments for over 20 years.

Worksmith (stand 165) makes “killer” batched cocktails, through a team of hospitality experts, offering high-volume drinks to venues to serve guests, requiring minimal training for staff.

Campari (stand 162) is a newcomer to the AHG, but no stranger to the industry – founded in 1860, and the sixth-largest player in the global branded spirits industry.

“It has never been more important to not only adapt, but evolve, especially for the hospitality and gaming industry,” says Craig Harley, CEO of the AHG Expo and Clubs Queensland.

“We are proud to deliver an event where people can come together, create new connections and discover the very best that our industry has to offer.”
