ALH’s popular Perth pub formerly known as the Saint George Hotel (‘the Saint’) recently reopened following a $3 million revamp.
The Innaloo pub was originally built in the 1950s, and sees a return to its original name, The Morris.
It now boasts four separate spaces. The Morris’ 24-tap Front Bar is designed for casual dining, while The Patio’s aim is for patrons to enjoy a drink in the sun. Both boast TVs, with a big screen in The Patio.
The Hall has foodies in mind, offering The Morris’ best meals.
And the most recent addition is The Terrace – a family-friendly area that includes a new outdoor playground.
Wendy Miedzinski, ALH WA’s Executive Chef said the sympathetically revamped menu elevates pub classics by focussing on simplicity and local produce.
The Morris’ beef comes from Dardanup, while its seafood has been sourced from Rottnest Island, Shark Bay, Geraldton, and Exmouth.
The drinks menu hasn’t been forgotten either, boasting locally sourced artisan spirits and fresh new cocktails, including a low-calorie margarita.
“The food scene in WA is a vibrant and buzzing culinary experience that is solidifying itself as one of the best in the country, and we wanted to capitalise on that,” said Miedzinski.
