He is a partner at NetSurplus – a hospitality specialist chartered accountant that focuses on efficiency, tax and compliance regulations, and specialises in providing outsourced CFO services.
Amber Hopkins is a senior commercial lawyer with 15 years’ experience acting on behalf of small- to medium-sized hospitality businesses for OpenLegal, with a wealth of experience in the legal aspects of running a business, including legal structures, commercial contracts, employment, and debt.
Louisa Sijabat is a Registered Liquidator and Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy with decades of experience in insolvency, commercial and related professional services, working at Merchants Advisory, which helps people and businesses navigate through restructuring, liquidation, and bankruptcy processes.
