Families are being invited to celebrate Father’s Day in true Irish style on Sunday 7 September across Ganley Group Hospitality’s three Irish venues: The Bay Hotel in Mornington, The Fifth Province in St Kilda, and The Windsor Castle in Windsor.
Director Liam Ganley says the group’s approach is about keeping the occasion simple and meaningful.

“Our venues are built on creating moments that matter, and Father’s Day is the perfect chance to gather around the table, share a great meal, and show appreciation in the most classic way possible.”
Each pub will be serving a produce-driven menu featuring the group’s signature Sunday roast of King Island sirloin taking centre stage.
Diners who book ahead will also enjoy a complimentary Guinness for dad.
The settings are as memorable as the menus.

The Bay Hotel, a fully restored 1889 heritage building once home to Mornington’s Commercial Bank, is a living piece of the town’s story. It continues to draw strong demand following its recent AHA Award wins.
In Windsor, the lime-green facade and pink elephants of The Windsor Castle make it one of Melbourne’s most distinctive pubs.
Inside, locals are welcomed with open fires, quirky nooks, and a lush beer garden—a space that’s as full of character as it is community spirit.
With growing demand across its venues, Ganley Group is encouraging families to secure their table early.
“For us, it’s about quality food, genuine hospitality, and a pint in hand for dad,” says Ganley.
