The Australasian Gaming Expo has been recognised as one of the premier events on the calendar with the Gaming Technologies Association named as a finalist in the EEAA 2018 Awards for Excellence.
The Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia (EEAA) is the peak industry Association within the exhibition and event sectors, representing venues, organisers and suppliers, recognising those doing outstanding work at its annual Awards.
The Gaming Technologies Association (GTA) presents the Australasian Gaming Expo (AGE) each year, facilitating suppliers and venues to offer and consider the latest trends in hospitality and gaming. It is by far the largest of its kind in Australia and will celebrate its 30th instalment in 2019.
The AGE was nominated in the category of ‘Best Association Event’, up against other finalists such as the Sydney Caravan Camping Outdoor Lifestyle Expo, and PAX Australia.
“We congratulate the nominees and finalists from around Australia, as well as Chair of Judges John Trevillian, and our panel of 35 independent judges, including nine international leaders who assessed the entries,” said EEAA chief executive Joyce DiMascio.
Finalists will join guests and the EEAA at ICC Sydney on 5 December for the Awards.
AGE 2019 will similarly be held at ICC Sydney on 13-15 August, showcasing domestic and international products and services, and offering topical industry seminars and networking opportunities.
