Gaming services specialist MAX has released news of its reshaped Performance Solutions model, coming with a video explaining the changes and benefits to venues.
Following feedback from industry, the company’s offer has been reworked to reportedly provide more choice and greater flexibility.
“MAX Performance Solutions business is all about unlocking the full potential of your gaming venue and delivering greater efficiencies and overall business performance improvement to you and your venue,” says Adam Floyd, head of MAX Performance Solutions, in the video release (below).
The new MPS provides a wide selection of core gaming services, plus the ability to select your preferred optional extras.
MAX says it is designed to accommodate ‘Whatever your business needs’, whether that be capital to reinvest into the venue, an independent product recommendation, or data showing how the venue measures up against competitors.
In terms of Capital, MPS offers the option of no upfront purchase and buy-back of the gaming floor, or upfront capital with the purchase and guaranteed buy back at the end of term.
The service includes consistent investment into the gaming operation via machine supply, product planning and deployment, a data and insights platform and experts to monitor performance, with a dedicated account manager.
Venues have further choice on optional value-added extras, such as customised marketing and loyalty campaigns, MAX’s design services, reliable service and maintenance, and the latest gaming systems.
