CLUB HOTEL JOINS BUNDABERG ASSET MARKET

Hot on the heels of Lantern’s testing the waters in Bundaberg, popular local The Club Hotel has turned up to offer buyers choice and scale in the blossoming Queensland market.

Club Hotel occupies a 1,091 m² site in Bundaberg, boasting a public bar, cocktail lounge and popular bistro, 22 EGMs, function spaces upstairs, kids play area and generous beer garden.

It has undergone an extensive renovation and the freehold going concern is available as the owner looks to divest in a strong market responsive to hotels offering “well balanced revenue streams”.

The Club Hotel is being marketed by JLL Hotels, which notes the “northern migration of southern operators” as the Sunshine State continues to see big-ticket sales and offers.

“The hotel is a real icon of the Bundaberg entertainment scene, and has always had the fundamentals of a fantastic venue,” says JLL’s Tom Gleeson.

“The renovation and repositioning has really brought those core attributes to the forefront.”

“In a competitive market where consumers have more options and information than ever before the Club Hotel offers a point of difference, providing a plethora of offerings within one venue.”

The Hotel is being marketed via an Expression of Interest campaign closing the 27 July, 2016.
